Applications are invited from eligible candidates who are permanent resident of Assam, for the following posts on contract basis under the World Bank Finance APART Project, Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department, Govt. of Assam.   • The requirement will be purely contractual and time bound, non-regular and also not against any sanctioned vacancy/cadre strength/post/position; the service provisions for regular posts including reservations will not be applicable to these engagements.
  • The selection will be on co-terminus basis, initially for a period of 11 months up to the availability of funds under the project or up to the performance of the candidate found satisfactory, whichever is earlier. The period of engagement may be extended further based on the tenure of the project/availability of funds/ performance of the candidate.
  • Thecandidate must bring his/her all original testimonial documents at the time of interview,failing which the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the interview.
  • No TA/DA etc. will be paid for attending the interview.
  • Anvassing in any form will disqualify the candidature. Decision of the Director, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Department will be final.
